Nippy Sweety - Whisky Cask Aged Coffee

The new batch is in the barrel! This time we've gone for a Bunnahabhain cask with Honduran Arabica.

Rich Honduran Arabica meets the mellow character of Bunnahabhain whisky casks. Think chocolate and caramel, layered with dried fruit, toasted nuts and warming oak, a beautifully rounded coffee with a luxurious whisky-cask twist.

Bags are 220g, no kilo bags are available on this micro-batch.

There's no booze in this coffee, we age the green beans in the cask before roasting, this makes for a subtle flavour from the barrel which should add to the coffee flavour, rather than eclipse it.
